Order Processing Time

Orders are typically processed within 2-5 business days (excluding weekends and public holidays) after receipt of full payment. Orders placed after 4 PM IST or on holidays will be processed the next business day.

Shipping Methods and Delivery Times

We offer the following shipping options within India:

  • Standard Shipping: Delivery within 5-7 business days.

Shipping Costs

Shipping charges are calculated based on the shipping method, order size, and destination. Orders above ₹1,000 qualify for free standard shipping within India. Additional charges such as customs duties or import taxes may apply for international shipments and are the responsibility of the customer.

Order Tracking

Once your order is shipped, you will receive a shipment confirmation email with tracking details to monitor your package’s progress.

Shipping Restrictions

We do not ship to P.O. boxes, APO/FPO addresses, or locations restricted by courier services. Some products may have shipping restrictions due to size, weight, or regulatory reasons, which will be indicated on the product page.

Damages, Lost, or Delayed Shipments

2. Refund Policy

We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase from Leaf Drip. Please review our refund terms below:

Eligibility for Refunds

  • Products must be returned within 15 calendar days from the date of delivery.
  • Items must be unused, in original packaging, and in the same condition as received.
  • We do not accept returns of perishable goods, personalized items, or products marked as non-returnable on the product page.

Refund Process

Once the returned product is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. Approved refunds will be processed within 7-10 business days to the original payment method.

Refunds for Damaged or Faulty Products

If you receive a damaged or defective product, please contact us immediately with photographic evidence. We will arrange for a replacement or refund at no additional cost.

Shipping Costs for Returns

Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the return is due to a defect, damage, or our error. Refunds will exclude original shipping charges unless mandated by consumer protection laws.

Order Cancellations
