Important Requirement

  • An unboxing video is mandatory for all damage, defect, or incorrect product claims.
  • The video must be recorded from the moment the package is opened without any cuts or pauses.
  • Claims without a valid unboxing video may not be eligible for refund or replacement.

1. Order Cancellation

  • Orders can only be cancelled immediately after placing them and before dispatch.
  • Once the order has been shipped, cancellation requests cannot be processed.
  • Personalized or customized products cannot be cancelled once the order is confirmed.

2. Damaged or Defective Products (Non-Perishable Items)

  • If you receive a damaged, defective, or malfunctioning product, you must notify our customer support team within 48 hours of delivery.
  • A valid unboxing video and supporting images must be provided.
  • After verification, LEAFDRIP will offer a replacement or refund (if stock is not available), as applicable.

3. Product Not as Described

  • If the delivered product significantly differs from the description on our website, please report it within 48 hours of delivery.
  • Upon successful verification, we will provide a suitable resolution, which may include replacement or refund (if stock is not available).

4. Perishable Products

  • Cancellation, return, or refund requests are not accepted for perishable items (such as flowers, food products, or similar goods).

5. Personalized / Customized Products

  • Personalized, engraved, or made-to-order products are non-returnable and non-refundable, unless received in damaged or defective condition.

6. Products Covered Under Manufacturer Warranty

  • Products that include a manufacturer’s warranty must be serviced directly through the manufacturer or authorized service center.
  • LEAFDRIP may assist with guidance where possible but is not responsible for warranty claims.

7. Refund Processing

  • Approved refunds (if stock is not available) will be processed within 7–10 business days after verification.
  • Refunds will be issued to the original payment method.
  • For Razorpay orders, refunds will be processed strictly to the original mode of payment in accordance with Razorpay’s policies.
  • Refunds will be issued only if a replacement or alternative resolution is not feasible.

8. Product Representation Disclaimer

  • Product images on the website are for illustrative purposes only.
  • Actual product color, appearance, or packaging may vary slightly due to lighting, display settings, or manufacturing updates.

9. Final Decision Authority

  • All requests for cancellation, replacement, return, or refund are subject to verification.
  • The final decision regarding eligibility for cancellation, replacement, or refund rests solely with LEAFDRIP.
